Coherent precession of magnetization in 3He-A in the collisionless region
Magnetization precession in the A phase of JHe near the transition temperature in the collisionless region was investigated. The solution describing a coherently precessing two-domain structure in a nonuniform external field was found. In contrast to the phase, in the limit of a uniform external field this solution transforms into uniform spin precession. The behavior of the A and phases of 3He in different regimes (hydrodynamic and collisionless) is compared. © 1995 American Institute of Physics.
