Numerical simulation of a phase transition in the nuclear spin system of gallium arsenide with adiabatic demagnetization
The results of a calculation of the phase-transition temperature (Tc), of the ground state of the nuclear spin system of GaAs, and of the process of adiabatic demagnetization of this system in the temperature range below Tc are presented.
